Can I give this Realtor® an infinite number of stars? Simone was the rockstar on my house hunting team. My wife and I were dealing with a previous Realtor® who was not able to close on two offers we made. We decided to let him go since it was not a good match. In comes Simone! If you are looking to buy a home in the East Bay, you want Simone Hoover on your side. She is attentive, methodical, convincing, positive, and very personable. She is also not your typical "sales" agent that is out just to make some commission. We felt that she was always looking out for our personal interests and not hers. This housing market is super competitive and Simone came up with several creative ways to make our offer appealing even if it wasn't the best offer. These strategies basically got us our house. Simone is always available for any questions via text, email, etc. She probably works with several clients at a time but I always felt important and #1 when we spoke. We were lucky enough to have Simone representing us as sellers for a very tricky listing. She really went above and beyond at every step in the process, exuded calm, patience and competence at all times, and kept us sane through all of the crazy decision making surrounding the whole thing. Above all, she is amazingly honest, she truly kept our interests as the absolute top priority, several times advising against things that would have actually benefited her because she didn't think they were the right move for us. In the end, we decided it was not the right time to sell just yet. Despite the many many hours invested with us, Simone didn't skip a beat because she knew it was the right thing for us. When we do decide to re-list we will of course use her, can't imagine how an agent could do a better job serving a client.

Simone is awesome. She helped me buy my first home and was wonderful and patient with all of my questions, anxieties, and geeky quirks. She is personable and easy to work with and has continued to help me with my property questions even years after escrow closed. She also has a strong sense of integrity in regard to acting as my representative and always keeps my interests at the top of her priority list. She never pushed me to buy anything unless I was absolutely certain. I never felt rushed close the deal and we even let a negotiation fail and waited several months before coming back to the seller to get a better price (which resulted in a successful deal at a much lower price). I really felt like she was on my side.
